To have your name entered in a tournament draw you must be present at the meeting or have a active club member place your name in the draw.
Boaters will be drawn by random, then a second random draw will place the Non-boater partner with a boater. In the event that a boater cancels the Non-boater will be paired with the next available boater lower then his original position. In the event of a boat break down the boater will be paired with the next available boater above the origanal position drawn.
Particapants are required to contact the tournament director 12 hours prior to the scheduled tournament date for cancellations. Particapants not canceling 12 hours prior to the start of a tournament will be responsible for all entry & lunker fees up to $25.00 dollars.
Boaters & Non-boaters will be given equal time on there fishing locations.
The tournament director will give directions,time check,boat numbers,& weigh-in instructions 15 minutes befor the start of the tournament.
All grievances MUST be made to the tournament director befor leaving the weigh-in area. All problems will be resolved by the tournament director befor leaving the tournament site. When a conflict of intrest exist with the tournament director, The board of directors will be called to resolve the existing problem.
Tournament fees are $10.00 dollars for 1 day tournaments $20.00 dollars for the 2 day tournaments & there is a optional $5.00 dollar lunker fee. Launch fees are paid by the Non-boater partner were applicable.
